Festival Setup & Tear Down
Help prepare event spaces, organize equipment, move supplies and support cleanup after the festival.
Hospitality & Guest Welcome
Welcome guests, provide directions, answer questions and help create a friendly first impression.
Food Service
Support food preparation, distribution, serving areas and hospitality logistics.
Children & Family Activities
Help support family-friendly activities and create welcoming spaces for children and parents.
Prayer & Intercession
Serve through prayer before and during outreach activities and support the spiritual work of the mission.
March for Jesus
Assist with logistics, coordination, participant support and practical needs surrounding the march.
Ministry & Gospel Outreach
Support outreach and ministry activities according to the needs and direction of the ministry leadership team.
Staging & Technical
Help with stage operations, audio, lighting, equipment, technical coordination and production support.
Marketing & Communications
Assist with communications, social media, promotional materials, event information and community awareness.
Photography & Video
Help capture moments from the festival, outreach and community activities for future storytelling and promotion.
Safety & Security
Support a safe and organized environment under the direction of the event safety and security team.
First Aid & Health Support
Qualified volunteers may assist in designated first aid and health support roles where appropriate.
Fundraising & Events
Support partnership development, fundraising initiatives and activities that help sustain the mission.
Administration
Assist with information management, registration, volunteer coordination, records and other organizational needs.
