Jesus at the centre. Hope for the future.
Reaching up to God. Reaching out to our region. Bringing believers together around Jesus Christ and the Gospel.
A region transformed by the hope of Jesus.
Light Up Prince Albert exists to lift up Jesus Christ and create opportunities for people across the region to encounter the Gospel, Christian community and practical expressions of hope.
Our vision and mission guide how we pray, gather, serve, collaborate and reach beyond the annual festival.
Hope for the future.
To see Prince Albert and the surrounding region strengthened by the hope of Jesus Christ, with believers united, people connected to Christian community, and churches working together to serve the region.
We envision a region where the Gospel is proclaimed clearly, people can find encouragement and Christian support, and believers work together across denominational and organizational lines.
Reaching up. Reaching out.
To bring believers together while reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, testimony, service, hospitality, discipleship and meaningful community connection.
Faith expressed in action.
The mission becomes visible through the way believers gather, serve, share the Gospel and build meaningful relationships throughout the region.
Prayer
Seeking God together and praying for people, churches, leaders, families and communities across the region.
Worship
Creating opportunities for believers to gather, worship Jesus Christ and publicly lift up His name.
Gospel Outreach
Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through proclamation, testimony, invitation and personal connection.
Unity
Encouraging believers and churches to work together around the Gospel while honouring the diversity of the Body of Christ.
Discipleship
Helping people take meaningful next steps in faith and connect with Bible-believing Christian community.
Service
Demonstrating Christ’s love through practical care, hospitality, volunteering and support.
Community Connection
Creating spaces where families, ministries, churches, businesses and community partners can build meaningful relationships.
The festival may happen on particular days, but the mission does not end when the stage comes down.
Our hope is that relationships continue, people find Christian community and support, churches keep collaborating, and opportunities to share the Gospel continue throughout the year.
Jesus is not part of the mission. He is the reason for it.
Everything we do is intended to point people toward Jesus Christ, proclaim the Gospel and encourage believers to live out their faith in the life of the region.
